Booster accounts were created to help with fundraising – if you knew fees were due and didn’t pay them because they were not showing as owed on your booster even though you had zero available funds, that’s truly just not how that works. As of now, we have OVER $3000.00 unpaid. Every little amount ADDS up when you’re talking this many kids (this does not apply to Mini accounts)

Therefore, please comment when you’ve read and if we’ve squared up, THANK YOU. Sadly, owed accounts are now pushing us to keep this open for another full month if not paid by end of Feb. We were clear monthly about what was owed, in total.
This is also why we’re going to automatic payments and no longer keeping individual booster accounts. We shouldn’t have to keep them for ones that owe but do not have fundraising funds and update them every fee when you know it’s due and you have not done fundraising. We have the last few we are running today for ones that just paid for most just so you can see a running tally- but we will be discontinuing this after this season for a variety of reasons.

Going into the gym for the first time tonight and we are finishing up booster accounts. There is an ALARMING amount owed, about 60% did not pay February fees that included tshirts already distributed and worn or Feb fees at all, and some that owe beyond.

We said all season booster accounts were mainly for those that fundraised regularly- and some may have done one or two early in the season and just really didn’t pay the rest over waiting for 40-50.00 to get credited when that clearly didn’t cover the entire season. We cannot do payment plans for something that was very lined out all season and no one else got that luxury… so please get those paid asap so we’re not held up closing out this season for an entire month of March. And pm us with any discrepancies because we also make mistakes- but we’ve checked for payments in all 3 places. Thank you
