October Info

Please SAVE and pay attention to the calendar, turn on notifications for the app and read each update put out. There are simply too many people not reading info and that did not read the packet.
Remember, the fees for each month are at the bottom of the schedule each month. We still have A TON of people with unpaid fees from previous months leaving us no choice but to put out lists. If you are already behind on fees – it might be time to make the decision not to continue. We cannot and will not chase down people for fees nor can they practice if they owe fees to the gym.
ALSO – please, if you are unsure of what you agreed to, I will remind you one more time – to read the detailed packet. DO not send monthly fees to the booster club accounts – the facility and our program are two different things completely. All this was stated in the packet. If you have issues or questions with your monthly membership fees – those need to be addressed at the front desk. I cannot help with those questions – same as if you have a cheer program related question – the front desk staff cannot answer those things. They are in charge of your monthly fees (tumbling and set monthly cost to cheer that should be automatically deducted) and we are in charge of all cheer related fees (choreography, music, etc). We do not have anything at the front desk for pick-up, etc. It is all completely separate!
I will also give a final reminder with sickness starting up – to read through the attendance policy regarding that. It is apparent that many have missed key policies regarding attendance. I have a lot of questions asking if certain things are excused and the answer for most everything is no. Just to be frank – this is not new and nothing has changed about the program guidelines that were agreed to upon entering our program willingly. Attendance is a non-negotiable unless we have privately discussed. We appreciate the upmost dedication of the majority and it does not go unnoticed. This is not easy, it takes a lot of time and you pay a lot of money to be a part of this program and compete at the levels we do. We cannot continue to have kids missing and will be enforcing policies lined out pretty clearly in the contract. This time of year is tough and I would say it is even more stressful leading up to getting our bids than it is preparing for Nationals. Bids are limited and they are not giving them to everyone this year. A break comes right after bids, so hang in there because October is crazy, but November gets even crazier.
I will make a post (should be no later than week after next) when the 3rd and final shirt order is picked up and ALL shirts are in. I will distribute ALL remaining shirts at the beginning of practice on the SAME day and will post prior to. I have had multiple come in right in the middle of practices or when I am in the middle of something and we all know how that goes with my brain. So please be patient and wait for the post. The Season 9 shirts all go in on one single order and I’ve went back to our printer in Memphis that prints for the Varsity company itself. Shipping stinks and I tried to keep bulk orders local – but we have had so many issues. We used him for several seasons pre-covid and wanted to try to help local post-covid – but he was just to prompt, the quality is good and he never missed a beat so we are just going back to him on our bulk orders and misc. designs.
